With increasing globalisation of free trade, some important changes will occur in the near future, especially after Taiwan entering WTO. We must have face some problems, like the rising of Asia Emergent Market and the trend of liberalism and internationalism in economy and trade of Great China.

In order to meet the needs of changes and growth of society and economy, Michael Chu and some experienced partners established Candor Taiwan CPAs on 1st January 1992, to provide perfect professional services. Our self-anticipation is to obey professional ethics and create prosperity with clients in the future.

Present

Candor Taiwan CPAs was established on 1st January 1992 headquartered in Taipei and a branch office located in Taoyuan. There are more than 60 employees. Some of our main clients are listed, OTC and public companies, such as Lee Chang Yung Chemical Industrial Corporation, Powercom Corporation Limited and Yang An Electronics Corporation.

About Candor Taiwan CPAs

Candor Taiwan CPAs, headquartered in Taipei, was established on 1st January 1992 with a branch office located in Taoyuan. Chairman, Michael Chu, associate CPAs: Vincent Chang, Victor Liao, Rex Lai, Eva Chan, Jerry Lin, Alpha Chan, Candy Chou, Linda Lin and F.C. Hou, and our professional staff members are here to dedicate ourselves to providing you highest professional services - audit, taxation, accounting, registration and advisory, etc.

The original name of our firm was T.C. International CPAs “T” as in Taiwan, “C” with a view toward China, and “I” as in International. It projected the goal of internationalization for our firm. In October 2004, the name of the firm was changed to Candor Taiwan CPAs. The word “Candor” represents fairness and objectivity, and the word “Taiwan” is the base of our firm, which was founded in Taiwan.

In order to enhance the quality of service, we have established four divisions in our firm: 1st division (Vincent Chang, CPA), 2nd division (Victor Liao, CPA), 6th division (Michael Chu, Chairman) and 8th division (Rex Lai, CPA). Each division provides audit, consultancy, company registration and bookkeeping, in addition to many other services.

In addition, we have set up Office of International Affairs, Committee of Administration, Committee of Educational Training, Committee of Risk and Quality Management, and Committee of Research and Development. Each committee has one chairman and a three-to-five person committee composed of CPAs and senior managers. We hold meetings regularly so our clients can expect the best quality and the most effective, professional services from us.
